Kyle attended Auburn University and the University of South Alabama. He is licensed in life, health, property and casualty since 2001. Kyle has his Certified Professional Insurance Agent Designation (CPIA). He is now the Agency Principal. Kyle lives in Fairhope, AL with his wife and two children.

​Mari joined Insurance Center in 2021. She currently holds her Alabama Property & Casualty License. Mari has over 7 years of experience within the agency side of the insurance industry and resides in Baldwin County.

​​​​​​​​As the youngest daughter of Michael & Christine Morris, Katie Morris joined Insurance Center in 2022 as our front desk receptionist and is currently learning the ropes of the insurance industry with plans to obtain her license in the future. She enjoys assisting customers and brings a smile to everyone she works with. Katie lives in Mobile with her 3 cats.

Michael received his Associates degree in Business Administration from Faulkner Community College and went on to attend University of South Alabama majoring in Business Management. Michael has been with the agency since 2003. His concentration is on property and casualty for both personal and commercial lines. He also has several years experience in catastrophe claims adjusting. He and his family live in Fairhope, AL.

Carol Booth began her career in the Insurance Industry in 1990. Carol is licensed as a Property & Casualty Agent, as well as a Life & Health Agent. She obtained her CISR Elite designation from National Alliance. Carol and her husband live in Atmore, Alabama and enjoy spending time with their four children, and three grandchildren. They love to travel whenever possible.​​​​​​​​

Kira joined the Morris team in 2021, working as a Customer Service Representative in our Mobile office. In May of 2025 Kira transferred to our Robertsdale team.  While not servicing customer accounts, Kira is working to obtain her degree, majoring in Education, minoring in Science. She loves going to the beach and spending time with her Golden Retriever, River and her Chiweenie, Ellie.

Suzi began her career in 1975 in the personal lines department. She was born and raised in Baldwin County and is a graduate of Robertsdale High School. Suzi received her insurance license in 1989 and has expanded her insurance knowledge by attending various seminars and schools. She is the office manager and in the accounting department. She also helps with personal lines.

​​​​​​​​P. J. Milwee joined our team in 2016 as an Insurance Agent. P. J. is licensed in Property & Casualty and has 39 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Christine began her insurance career in our Mobile office in 2004. She joined the Insurance Center team in 2013. She primarily handles the personal lines department as well as life and health insurance. She provides courteous and prompt attention to all customers. Christine lives in Fairhope, AL with her family.

Jackson Faulkenberry graduated from Auburn University in Auburn, AL with a master’s degree in business administration. He joined the Morris team in February of 2021 as a Producer in Robertsdale, Alabama, at Insurance Center a Division of Morris Insurance Agency and he has been in the insurance producer role since 2011. He has lived in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores area since 2006 and is very familiar with all the coastal carriers and products for commercial and personal lines of insurance. Jackson holds his Florida and Alabama Property & Casualty Licenses. He lives in Gulf Shores, Alabama and has 2 sons that he spends time with playing sports and enjoying the outdoors. In his spare time, he loves to fish and play golf.

Kim joined our team in 2024 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Kim holds her Alabama Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses as well as a Computer Information Systems Degree. Kim is also a member of our marketing team, managing our company websites and presence on social media.​​​​​​​​​​

Chad Dutton is a graduate of Auburn University's Building Science program and proudly served three years in the U.S. Army. After building a successful 30-year career in the construction industry, Chad transitioned into aviation insurance, combining his extensive business experience with a lifelong passion for aviation. Having earned his Property & Casualty insurance license and currently working toward his private pilot certificate, Chad understands aviation from both the insurance and pilot perspectives. His firsthand experience in flight training gives him a unique appreciation for the needs and concerns of aircraft owners and pilots. Chad is committed to helping clients protect their aircraft and enjoy the freedom of flight with confidence. He believes in building lasting relationships through honest advice, responsive service, and a genuine passion for the aviation community.
